You can only order from HayAksiSeytan.com. No orders are taken from our Instagram or WhatsApp.
We only have an online store. Our products are not sold anywhere other than HayAksiSeytan.com.
No changes can be made to orders confirmed. If you wish, you can cancel your order and create a new order.
You can contact us via WhatsApp to cancel your order.
There is an order note section on the payment page. You can write the gift note without using emojis.
We send the invoice to the email address.
All orders are sent in standard packages. We do not have a gift package option.
Shipping
Shipping is free for orders of 1200 TL or more. For orders less than 1200 TL, a shipping fee of 75 TL is charged.
We do not have a fast delivery option. Processing orders and delivery time to the shipping company is 1-2 business days.
You can check the order status from the member panel. We also notify you via e-mail and SMS when your order is shipped. Processing orders and delivery time to the shipping company is 1-2 business days. Process time may take longer during campaign periods.
Orders are sent with Aras Kargo. The average delivery time is 2-4 business days. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on these dates will be shipped from the first business day.
We send the cargo tracking link via email and SMS after the order is shipped. If you have created a membership, you can track the shipment by opening the orders tab on the member panel.
If you are not at your address, your order will be forwarded to the branch you are connected to. The cargo company will not re-deliver your package. If you do not receive the package from the Kargo branch within 3 days, the cargo company will send the package back to us.
Shipping costs for re-shipping belong to the buyer. You can pay the shipping cost from the “Shipping” section on the help page.
When your order arrives, if there is a deformation, wetness, or a situation that may damage the product, you should open the package with the cargo officer and check the condition of the products. If you see any damage to the products, do not take delivery of the order and request a damage report from the cargo officer. The cargo company will send the package back to our warehouse and we will replace the product with a new one and ship it again. HayAksiSeytan.com will not be responsible when receiving the product without following these steps.
You can get help from WhatsApp if the order is incomplete, defective, or wrong. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Yes, we ship internationally.
For international shipments, the shipping fee is calculated according to the weight of the package. You can view the shipping amount by selecting the country from the address section on the payment page.
We send international orders with PTT Cargo. Delivery time is 7-21 business days.
Return & Exchange
You can request the exchange or return of the products you have purchased within 14 days.

In the return & exchange process, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. The shipping fee is 30 TL. The shipping fee will be transferred to the shipping company by us.
If you send the package without a shipping code the package cannot be tracked. The package may not reach us, then it may be returned to your address. We do not take any responsibility for any extra shipping charges incurred in this case.

After the order arrives at our warehouse and is checked, the refund order is notified to the bank within 2 – 7 working days. In case of sending a return order to the bank, you will be notified to your registered e-mail address.
The time for the refund amount to be deposited into the account may vary depending on the bank’s processes. Refunds are reflected in the account within a few days for purchases made with a credit card, and within 15 working days for purchases made with a debit card.
HayAksiSeytan.com directs installment shopping amounts to the bank at once. The bank repays the refund amount in installments equal to the number of installments of the purchase. For example: If you bought the product in 3 installments, the return will be completed in 3 months by the bank.

If you want to become a member, visit our site and click the “sign in” button in the upper right corner of the screen. You can complete the membership process after entering the necessary information by clicking the “create an account” button on the page that comes up. On mobile devices, the menu is located at the top left of the screen.
You can shop without being a member. We recommend that you become a member so that you can track your order status and track it in detail.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “sign in” text in the upper right corner of the screen (on the top left drop-down menu on mobile devices) and then the “forgot password” button. In the next step, write the e-mail address you used when registering and click the “Submit” button. A password reset link will be sent to your e-mail address.

We accept payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

3D Secure is a system developed by Visa and MasterCard to make shopping through the internet more secure. During a payment transaction with 3D Secure, you will be directed to the website of the bank to which your card belongs and you will confirm your transaction with the temporary password that your bank has sent you for the transaction. Thus, even if your card number is known to others, you can provide your electronic security with your password which is known only by you.
Installments can only be made through banks operating in Turkey.
Payments made by credit card can be made in installments up to 9 months. Installment options are available on the payment screen that opens after choosing the “payment by credit card” method.
While making the payment, the information on the card is encrypted with 256-bit SSL and transmitted to the bank. During this process, the information is only sent to the bank and not stored by HayAksiSeytan.com.

Oversized Hoodie
The Oversized Hoodies are made of fleece fabric. Fleece fabric is softer and fuller. It retains heat. Keeps you warm when worn.
Products in the Oversized Sweatshirt category also have the same fabric.
Oversized Hoodie
The Relaxed hoodie is made of non-fleece fabric. The non-fleece fabric has a flowing structure. Air permeability is higher. It retains less heat.
Products in the Regular Sweatshirt, Cropped Hoodie, and Jogger categories also have the same fabric.
To choose the right size, you should measure a similar garment from the locations shown in our size chart and compare it to the values in our size chart.

Oversized products are wide in form. Generally, the size you prefer will give the product an oversized appearance.
The majority of our customers, who prefer a larger size than normal in oversized products, create an exchange request for the small size of the product.
However, the healthiest method for size selection is to make it through the size chart.

All our winter and summer products can be ironed but the print should never be ironed.
Since the printing technique we use is applied with hot, it may deteriorate at high temperatures such as iron and steam.
We recommend ironing at 105-120 °C for winter products and 140-160 °C for summer products.
Three-thread fleece fabrics may lint at first usage. After 1-3 washes the problem will decrease and stop.
